Are you a Rabbi?

I am not. Jewish law does not require that marriages be performed by a rabbi—only a person sufficiently knowledgeable to perform the ceremony is necessary. This is still a “kosher” wedding!

Would you travel to officiate?

Yes! I officiate in the greater Seattle area, but am happy to talk about traveling to you by car, boat, or even plane. I love to travel.

What do you mean by “Jewish” wedding? What about inter-faith?

My wedding ceremonies are based on the traditional Jewish wedding ceremony, and can include, or exclude, different aspects based on what you find meaningful. I also officiate inter-faith ceremonies and can incorporate other traditions and beliefs.

What if many of my guests won’t be Jewish?

Part of what I’m most passionate about is creating ceremonies that are inclusive and accessible to all. I want your friends and family to feel that your wedding is authentic to who you are, but also feel welcoming and enjoyable.
